Experience: 0-2 years Location: Mumbai (Looking for local candidates only) Shift Timing: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support for the RMS platform - Troubleshoot and resolve product-related issues - Collaborate with Engineering & QA teams - Track and document support tickets - Assist users with training and guidance - Ensure timely and effective issue resolution Required Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in CS/IT or related field - Experience in software/product support - Knowledge of SQL and troubleshooting - Familiarity with JIRA, Postman, Selenium, etc.
