We are looking for a Client Relation Executive to join our team and manage client communication along with RENO DEVELOPERS PVT LTD.

As a Client Relation Executive, you will be responsible for maintaining strong client relationships, coordinating with internal teams for meetings and Project details, and handling CRM SOFTWARE to ensure smooth daily reports.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle client enquiries through phone, WhatsApp, email, and in person.
- Maintain regular follow-up with clients and provide project updates.
- Schedule client meetings and coordinate appointments.
- Prepare and maintain client records, documents, and reports.
- Coordinate with the sales, site, and management teams.
- Ensure timely communication and excellent customer service.

Eligibility

- Any Graduate (Freshers can also apply).
- Good communication skills in Malayalam and English (Hindi is an added advantage).
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, and Email).
- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
