Owns the creative and day-to-day client-facing layer between founder meetings

The role sits at the intersection of design, client experience and execution support

, taking the direction established during founder-led meetings and turning it into clear, polished and client-ready outputs.

You will be responsible for understanding the client's preferences, developing design ideas using AI and other creative tools, managing design iterations, preparing visual references and layouts, and ensuring the client feels supported throughout the planning process.

Key Responsibilities

- Client Experience: Be the client's point of contact between founder meetings; track feedback, approvals and pending decisions

- Design & Ideation: Turn outfit/Pinterest references into design directions using AI tools; create mood boards; manage 2–3 rounds of client iterations

- Venue Visualisation: Prepare venue mockups and seating/stage layouts for client sign-off; coordinate with Operations for feasibility

- Client Deliverables: Design welcome boards, signage and event stationery; double-check names, dates and dimensions before production

- Internal Coordination:



Align with founders on creative direction; hand off approved designs cleanly to the Operations & Vendor team

We're Looking For Someone Who Is

- Creative with a strong visual eye
- Able to turn vague references into clear direction
- Comfortable experimenting with AI design tools

- Highly organised with files, feedback and iterations
- Able to manage multiple clients at once
- Comfortable with repeated feedback and refinement
- Detail-oriented, especially on client-facing work

Most importantly — someone who takes ownership rather than waiting for instructions at every step.

Essentials

- Bachelor's degree in Design, Visual Communication, Event Management, Architecture, Interior Design, Fashion, Marketing or related field

- 1–3 years in design, events, client servicing or creative coordination
- Solid working knowledge of Canva; familiarity with AI design tools
- Good written and verbal communication

- Comfortable with Google Drive/Sheets
