Ltd. is looking for experienced Claims Adjusters. /n We are looking for professionals with strong hands-on experience in Property & Casualty Insurance, particularly Workers' Compensation claims, who can independently manage claims through the complete lifecycle — from initial setup and investigation through adjudication, reserving, settlement and closure. /n Mandatory Core Skills /n Claims Adjusting | Claims Adjudication | Property & Casualty Insurance | Workers' Compensation | Claims Investigation | Compensability | Reserving | Claims Settlement /n Key Responsibilities /n /n
- Independently manage Workers' Compensation claims from setup through closure
/n
- Investigate claims and conduct timely 3-point contact with claimants, insured parties and medical providers
/n
- Evaluate claim facts and make accurate compensability decisions
/n
- Assess claim exposure and establish appropriate reserves
/n
- Handle complex and high-exposure claims
/n
- Administer applicable medical and indemnity benefits
/n
- Identify opportunities for early resolution and negotiate settlements
/n
- Ensure compliance with applicable statutory guidelines and regulations
/n
- Provide timely claim status updates and guidance to customers, agents and other stakeholders
/n
- Present claim positions and recommendations clearly to internal and external stakeholders
/n /n Preferred Qualifications / Certifications /n Candidates with any of the following will have an added advantage: /n /n
- California Insurance Adjuster License
/n
- Texas Insurance Adjuster License
/n
- CPCU Certification
/n
- AIC Certification
/n
- Experience in medical or litigation management
/n
- Experience in training or mentoring colleagues in a Claims Adjuster role
/n /n Candidates should also be willing to obtain and periodically renew relevant state Claims Adjuster licensing certifications, where required. /n What We're Looking For /n The ideal candidate will bring: /n /n
- 2–5 years of relevant Claims Adjusting experience

- Strong knowledge of P&C; / Workers' Compensation claims

- Hands-on experience in claims adjudication

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
