– CIVIL SUPERVISOR

Position: Civil Supervisor

Experience: Minimum 2 years in Construction / Civil Works

Qualification: Diploma in Civil Engineering

Job Responsibilities

- Supervise and monitor day-to-day civil construction activities at the site.
- Ensure construction work is carried out as per approved drawings, specifications, and company standards.
- Coordinate with contractors, workers, engineers, and other site personnel for smooth execution of work.
- Monitor construction progress and ensure work is completed within the planned schedule.
- Check the quality of construction materials and workmanship.
- Supervise activities such as excavation, foundation, RCC, brickwork, plastering, flooring, roofing, and other civil works.
- Verify measurements of completed work and support preparation of measurement sheets and contractor bills.
- Ensure proper utilization of construction materials and minimize material wastage.
- Monitor labour attendance, productivity, and work allocation at the site.
- Maintain daily site reports, work progress reports, material records, and other required documentation.
- Coordinate with the stores/procurement team regarding construction material requirements.
- Identify construction issues or deviations and report them to the concerned engineer/management.




- Ensure proper housekeeping and maintain a safe working setting at the construction site.
- Ensure workers follow safety procedures and use appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
- Coordinate with contractors and resolve day-to-day site-level issues.
- Assist engineers/management in planning and execution of new civil projects, repairs, and maintenance works.
- Carry out regular inspections of ongoing and completed civil works.
- Perform any other civil/project-related duties assigned by management.

Required Skills
- Good knowledge of civil construction activities and site supervision.
- Ability to read and understand civil drawings.
- Knowledge of construction materials and basic estimation/measurement.
- Good manpower and contractor coordination skills.
- Ability to maintain site records and reports.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office/Excel is preferred.
- Ability to work at construction/project sites and manage multiple activities.

Candidate Profile Qualification: Diploma in Civil Engineering

Experience: Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in construction/civil works.

Preferred Experience: Industrial projects, factory construction, plant civil works, commercial buildings, or infrastructure projects.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
