Civil Trainer –

Job Summary:

Dream CADD Institute, Padi is looking for enthusiastic and knowledgeable Civil Trainers to join our team. Freshers with good technical knowledge and a passion for teaching are encouraged to apply. The role involves training students in civil engineering design software, explaining technical concepts, and guiding them through practical projects.

Key Responsibilities:

- Train students in civil engineering software such as AutoCAD, Revit, STAAD.Pro, and other relevant tools.
- Teach 2D drafting, 3D modelling, structural design, and basic civil engineering concepts.
- Explain software tools and commands through practical demonstrations.
- Guide students in completing real-time projects and technical assignments.
- Prepare training materials, practical exercises, and course-related content.
- Assess student progress and provide feedback to improve their technical skills.
- Clarify students' doubts and provide individual guidance when required.
- Coordinate with the academic team to ensure effective course delivery.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering.




- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Basic knowledge of civil engineering concepts and design software.
- Knowledge of AutoCAD, Revit, STAAD.Pro, or other civil engineering software is an added advantage.
- Good communication and presentation skills.
- Passion for teaching and helping students develop technical skills.
- Positive attitude, confidence, and willingness to learn.

Experience: Freshers preferred.

Candidates with experience in civil engineering software training, teaching, drafting, or design will have an added advantage.
