We are seeking an experienced Civil Software Trainer to join our team. In this role, you will lead hands-on training sessions for civil engineering students and working professionals, helping them master industry-standard design, drafting, and structural analysis software.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver interactive classroom and/or online training sessions on core civil engineering software.
- Prepare and update training materials, project-based assignments, and course modules.
- Guide students through real-world civil engineering design projects and practical workflows.
- Assess student progress, evaluate practical assignments, and provide constructive feedback.
- Stay updated with the latest software versions, features, and industry best practices.
Required Software Expertise:
- Drafting & Modeling: AutoCAD Civil 3D, Revit Structure / Architecture and Sketch Up
- Structural Analysis: STAAD.Pro, ETABS
- Estimation & Management: MS Project, Primavera P6 (Optional)
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering.
- Fresher or 1+ years of practical experience in civil engineering design or software instruction.
- Robust communication and presentation skills in English / Tamil
- Patience and ability to explain complex engineering concepts to beginners.
