Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and responsible Civil Supervisor to supervise day-to-day construction activities at the project site. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring that civil work is executed as per approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, and project schedules.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise daily civil construction activities at the project site.
- Monitor RCC, brickwork, plaster, flooring, waterproofing, finishing and other civil works.
- Ensure work is carried out as per approved drawings, specifications and construction standards.
- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, engineers and site workers.
- Check the quality of materials and workmanship at site.
- Monitor manpower and ensure proper utilization of labour.
- Measure completed work and maintain daily work/progress records.
- Ensure construction work is completed within the specified time schedule.
- Identify site issues and coordinate with the concerned engineer for timely resolution.
- Ensure proper use and handling of construction materials, tools and equipment.
- Monitor safety practices and ensure compliance with site safety requirements.




- Prepare daily/weekly progress reports and maintain site records.
- Coordinate with the project team for material requirements and work planning.
- Ensure proper housekeeping and cleanliness at the construction site.
- Report delays, quality issues, material shortages and other site concerns to management.

Required Qualifications
- Diploma / ITI / B.Tech in Civil Engineering preferred.
- 3–8 years of experience in civil construction/site supervision.
- Experience in residential/commercial building projects will be preferred.
- Good knowledge of construction practices, drawings and measurements.
- Ability to manage contractors and labour at site.
- Positive communication and coordination skills.

Salary Salary: As per experience and suitability.

Candidate Profile The ideal candidate should be responsible, disciplined, technically sound and capable of independently handling day-to-day site activities while maintaining quality and project timelines.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
