Key Responsibilities

- Supervise day-to-day construction activities on-site.

- Ensure compliance with design drawings, specifications, and safety regulations.

- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers.

- Monitor project progress and prepare daily/weekly site reports.

- Conduct quality checks on materials and workmanship.

- Resolve technical issues and provide engineering solutions on-site.

- Ensure adherence to project timelines and budgets.

- Liaise with clients, consultants, and project managers for updates and approvals.

Qualifications & Skills

- Bachelors /Diploma degree in Civil Engineering (or equivalent).

- Proven experience in site supervision and construction management.

- Robust knowledge of construction methods, materials, and safety standards.

- Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, and project management tools.

- Excellent communication and leadership skills.

Work Environment

- Primarily site-based, with occasional office meetings.

- Must adhere to strict safety protocols and environmental regulations.
