Roles and Responsibilities

- Ensure proper execution of civil works on site by supervising labor, materials, and equipment.

- Conduct regular inspections to identify potential issues and implement corrective actions.

- Develop and maintain accurate records of project progress, including daily reports and schedules.

- Collaborate with other departments (e.g., engineering, procurement) to resolve technical issues and optimize workflows.

- Provide training to junior staff members on safety procedures, quality control standards, and company policies.

Desired Candidate Profile

- 15-24 years of experience in civil construction projects as a foreman or similar role.

- Diploma or B.Tech degree in Civil Engineering or related field; MBA/MCA preferred but not mandatory.

- Solid knowledge of civil supervision principles, including bar bending schedule preparation and reinforcement techniques.

- Proficiency in shuttering, formwork, scaffolding, concreting processes; ability to read blueprints accurately.
