Role Description The Civil Engineer_Project Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurugram. This position is responsible for managing civil engineering aspects of luxury residential and hospitality projects, including planning, design coordination, and execution.

Day-to-day tasks include overseeing site investigations, reviewing and developing civil engineering designs, coordinating with architects and contractors, and ensuring compliance with local regulations and standards. The role involves monitoring project progress, managing budgets and timelines, resolving technical issues, and implementing best practices in stormwater management and infrastructure planning.

The Civil





Engineer_Project Manager will also prepare technical documentation, reports, and presentations, and support sustainability and quality initiatives across projects.

Qualifications

- Strong foundation in civil engineering, including Civil Engineering Design and Civil Engineering principles.
- Experience working as part of multidisciplinary teams of Civil Engineers and related professionals.
- Proficiency in project Planning for infrastructure and building projects.
- Knowledge of Stormwater Management and related environmental and drainage systems.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Civil Engineering or a closely related discipline.
- Experience managing construction or real estate development projects, preferably in residential or hospitality sectors.
- Familiarity with relevant building codes, safety standards, and local regulatory requirements.
- Ability to interpret engineering drawings, use design and CAD tools, and prepare clear technical documentation.
- Solid organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to lead on-site teams.
- Commitment to sustainability, quality, and continuous improvement in engineering and project delivery.
