Job Summary

We are looking for experienced Civil Design Engineers to join our engineering team in Vadodara. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in EPC projects related to Transmission Lines and AIS/GIS Substations, with strong knowledge of civil and structural engineering design.

The role involves engineering calculations, structural design, preparation and review of drawings, BOQ preparation, technical documentation, project coordination, and ensuring timely delivery of engineering outputs.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare, review, and validate civil and structural engineering designs and calculations.
- Work on EPC projects involving Transmission Lines and AIS/GIS Substations.
- Design and review RCC and steel structures as per applicable engineering standards and project requirements.
- Prepare and review engineering drawings, layouts, and design documentation.
- Prepare BOQs, material quantity estimates, and technical specifications.
- Work on transmission line routes, substation layouts, and related civil engineering requirements.
- Perform engineering calculations and provide technically sound and optimized design solutions.
- Coordinate with internal engineering, project, and execution teams to resolve design and technical issues.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, vendors, and other project stakeholders as required.
- Support project planning and scheduling to ensure timely completion of engineering deliverables.
- Review technical documents and ensure accuracy, quality, and compliance with project requirements.




- Assist in resolving site-related technical queries and provide engineering support during project execution.

Required Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- 3–10 years of relevant experience in civil/structural design, preferably in EPC projects.
- Hands-on experience in Transmission Line and AIS/GIS Substation projects.
- Strong knowledge of RCC and steel structural design.
- Good understanding of engineering calculations, structural analysis, BOQ preparation, and technical documentation.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office.
- Working knowledge of STAAD.Pro, PLS-CADD, PLS-TOWER, and PLS-POLE.
- Ability to interpret engineering drawings, layouts, specifications, and technical documents.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and coordination skills.
- Ability to manage multiple engineering deliverables and meet project deadlines.

Preferred Experience Candidates with experience in EPC engineering, power transmission projects, substations, transmission line design, and civil/structural engineering consultancy will be preferred.
