About the Role

Starling Aviation Academy is looking for an experienced Chief Ground Instructor (CGI) to lead and strengthen our ground training programme.

The ideal candidate will bring strong aviation knowledge, instructional leadership and a commitment to delivering structured, DGCA-aligned theoretical training while mentoring the next generation of professional pilots.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and oversee the academy’s ground training programme
- Ensure training is aligned with applicable DGCA requirements and standards
- Deliver and supervise high-quality theoretical aviation instruction
- Mentor and guide ground instructors and aspiring pilots
- Maintain structured academic processes and training standards
- Support continuous improvement of the academy’s learning environment
- Coordinate with academy leadership on academic planning and student progress
