A well-established and reputed social club in Kolkata is seeking an accomplished and dynamic Chief Executive Officer to provide overall leadership and professional management of the Club.

The position offers an opportunity for a seasoned administrator and hospitality professional to lead a distinguished institution, enhance member experience and drive operational excellence.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE

We are looking for a mature, energetic and hands-on leader, preferably in the mid-40s to early-50s, with:

- 15+ years of leadership/administrative experience, preferably with experience as a General Manager / CEO / Head of Operations in a reputed club, hotel or hospitality organisation.
- Ex-Serviceman background is strongly preferred, particularly candidates with proven administrative, organisational and people-management capabilities.
- Strong exposure to club/hospitality operations, F&B;, administration, procurement, facilities and security.
- Demonstrated ability to lead large teams, enforce discipline and establish high service standards.
- Solid commercial acumen with experience in budgeting, cost control, revenue enhancement and vendor management.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills, with the maturity to interact effectively with members, committee members, employees and external stakeholders.
- Graduate/Postgraduate; qualifications in Hospitality, Management or Administration will be an advantage.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES / KRAs 1. Club Leadership & Administration

Provide overall leadership and ensure disciplined,



efficient and seamless functioning of the Club.

2. Member Experience

Deliver consistently high standards of hospitality, service and member satisfaction.

3. Hospitality & F&B;

Oversee F&B;, banqueting and allied operations with focus on quality, hygiene, service standards and profitability.

4. People & Organisation

Lead, motivate and develop the workforce while maintaining discipline, accountability and performance standards.

5. Financial & Commercial Management

Drive budgeting, cost optimisation, revenue enhancement, inventory control and financial discipline.

6. Procurement & Vendor Management

Ensure transparent procurement, effective vendor management and optimum utilisation of Club resources.

7. Compliance, Security & Risk

Ensure adherence to statutory requirements, safety standards, labour laws, FSSAI requirements and Club policies.

8. Infrastructure & Asset Management

Ensure effective maintenance, upkeep, security and enhancement of Club facilities and assets.

9. Strategic Development

Work closely with the Managing Committee to implement strategic initiatives and strengthen the Clubs long-term positioning.
