Job Title: Chemist Powder Coating

Department: R&D; / Quality / Laboratory

Experience: 0–3 Years

Qualification: B.Sc./M.Sc. Chemistry, Applied Chemistry, Polymer Chemistry, Paint Technology or relevant discipline.

Job Responsibilities:

- Conduct laboratory testing of raw materials, powder coating batches and finished products.
- Prepare laboratory batches as per approved formulations.
- Perform coating tests such as gloss, coating thickness and curing performance.
- Support R&D; team in formulation trials and product development.
- Operate laboratory equipment such as ovens, curing panels, gloss meters and coating thickness gauges.
- Conduct quality checks and assist in identifying coating defects.
- Support troubleshooting related to curing, adhesion, gloss, surface appearance and film thickness.
- Maintain laboratory test reports,



formulation records and other documentation.
- Follow SOPs, quality standards and laboratory safety requirements.
- Coordinate with Production, Quality and R&D; teams.
