Candidates must have a minimum of 8+ years of relevant culinary experience and should have worked in 5-star hotels only.Key Responsibilities:Prepare authentic, high-quality South Indian, North Indian, or Chinese dishes according to the assigned position.Maintain consistent taste, quality, presentation, and portion standards.Follow strict food safety, hygiene, and cleanliness procedures at all times.Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen, cooking equipment, workstations, and storage areas.Ensure proper preparation, cooking, plating, and timely service during operating hours.Monitor ingredient quality, storage,



and usage to minimize food wastage.Coordinate professionally with kitchen team members and management.Follow recipes, standard operating procedures, and instructions provided by management.Maintain discipline and professionalism throughout duty hours, including during busy service periods.Candidate Requirements:Minimum 8+ years of qualified culinary experience.Previous employment experience in 5-star hotels only is mandatory.Strong knowledge and expertise in the respective cuisine.Excellent personal hygiene, grooming, cleanliness, and professional appearance.Must be punctual, disciplined, responsible, and a strong team player.Should maintain skilled conduct and a positive attitude throughout working hours.Immediate joiners are preferred.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
