Job Profile

Royal Rich Group is looking for a qualified and experienced Chartered Accountant to handle and oversee taxation, audit, financial compliance and professional certification requirements of the Group and its various business verticals.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle Income Tax Returns, Tax Audit and related filings for Group companies.
- Review and sign/verify applicable Income Tax, Tax Audit and statutory reports within the authority permitted under applicable laws.
- Handle GST, TDS, Income Tax and other statutory compliance.
- Conduct/review financial statements and support statutory and tax audits.
- Advise Management on tax planning, compliance and financial matters.
- Review accounts, MIS, reconciliations and financial controls.
- Coordinate with Government departments, auditors, banks and other authorities.
- Ensure timely compliance and proper documentation across Group companies.
- Provide professional financial and taxation advice to Management.

Candidate Requirements




- Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) – ICAI Member.
- Valid Certificate of Practice (COP) and eligible to undertake professional assignments/sign applicable reports.
- Minimum 5–10 years of practical experience preferred.
- Strong knowledge of Income Tax, GST, TDS, Audit and Corporate Compliance.
- Experience handling multiple companies/business verticals will be an advantage.
- Strong analytical, communication and advisory skills.
- High level of qualified integrity, confidentiality and responsibility.

Preferred: Experience in Manufacturing, FMCG, Transportation/Logistics, Petroleum Transportation and Engineering businesses. Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹75,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
