- Manage financial accounting, reporting, budgeting, and month-end/year-end closing activities.
- Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, income tax, statutory filings, and other regulatory requirements.
- Oversee audits, reconciliations, financial controls, and maintain accurate accounting records.
- Analyze financial data, cash flow, and business performance to support management decision-making.
- Coordinate with internal teams, auditors, tax consultants, and external stakeholders, with willingness to travel to the US and work onsite for extended periods as required.
