About The Role We are looking for a qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) to join our CA firm and take responsibility for handling overall accounting, taxation, compliance, audit, and client-related activities. The ideal candidate should have strong technical knowledge, practical exposure across finance and taxation, and the ability to lead and manage a team effectively.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and supervise overall accounting, taxation, audit, and compliance functions.
- Handle and review GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other statutory compliances.
- Review financial statements, books of accounts, reconciliations, and MIS reports.
- Manage GST returns, TDS returns, income tax filings, assessments, and related compliances.
- Coordinate and support statutory, tax, internal, and other audits.
- Review work prepared by team members and ensure accuracy and timely completion.
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of accountants and junior professionals.
- Handle multiple clients and ensure timely delivery of assignments.
- Interact with clients, understand their requirements, and provide appropriate accounting and taxation solutions.
- Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards, tax regulations, and statutory requirements.
- Identify financial/compliance issues and provide practical solutions.




- Maintain proper documentation and records for all client assignments.
- Stay updated with changes in GST, Income Tax, TDS, Companies Act, and other relevant regulations.

Required Skills

- Strong knowledge of Accounting, GST, TDS, Income Tax, Audit, and Statutory Compliance.
- Ability to independently handle end-to-end finance and taxation activities.
- Strong team leadership and people management skills.
- Good client-handling and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple assignments and meet deadlines.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in Tally / accounting software and MS Excel.
- Practical experience working in a CA firm will be highly preferred.

Eligibility
- CA qualification is mandatory.
- 4-8 years of relevant post-qualification experience preferred.
- Candidates with strong experience in overall accounting, taxation, audit, and compliance are encouraged to apply.
- Immediate joiners or candidates with a short notice period preferred.
- Candidates should be comfortable leading and managing a team.

Compensation ₹60,000 - ₹70,000 per month , depending on experience, technical expertise, and overall suitability. Ideal Candidate The ideal candidate will be a hands-on CA professional who can independently manage overall finance and compliance activities, supervise a team, handle clients, and take ownership of assignments from start to finish.
