Job Title: Certified Personal Trainer / Fitness Instructor Location: Klub One Fitness Studio Employment Type: Full-Time / Part-Time Role Overview Klub One Fitness Studio is seeking a highly energetic, goal-oriented, and certified Fitness Trainer to deliver personalized training programs and lead high-energy sessions. You will work directly with members to assess their physical fitness, design customized workout plans, and guide them safely toward their health and fitness goals.

Key Responsibilities Client Assessments &

- Goal Setting: Conduct initial fitness evaluations, health history intake, and functional movement assessments to establish baseline metrics and individual goals. Program Design: Create safe, progressive, and personalized workout programs (strength, cardio, functional, and flexibility) tailored to diverse fitness levels. One-on-One &
- Group Training: Lead engaging 1-on-1 personal training sessions and small group fitness classes with proper posture and exercise technique demonstrations. Safety &
- Equipment Care: Educate members on secure equipment usage,



ensure strict compliance with studio hygiene/safety standards, and maintain gym floor cleanliness. Client Retention &
- Motivation: Provide continuous encouragement, track performance metrics, and build strong member rapport to drive client consistency and package renewals.

Qualifications &

Requirements Certification: Valid personal training certification from a recognized body (e.g., ACE, NASM, ISSA, ACSM, NSCA, or equivalent). First Aid: Current CPR/AED certification. Experience: Minimum 1–2 years of experience as a fitness trainer or instructor in a studio or gym setting. Skills: Solid understanding of anatomy, exercise physiology, biomechanics, and injury prevention.
