Recently retired senior officers from the Indian Armed Forces, Police Services or Civil Services who are looking for a meaningful second career in education. A distinguished career in command, administration or institutional leadership.

- Experience managing people, organisations and complex situations.
- Solid judgement, maturity and decision-making ability.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Comfort working with students, parents, teachers and senior management.
- A genuine interest in education, youth development and mentoring.
- Good command of English. Fluency in Telugu strongly preferred.

Role & responsibilities

Institutional standards and governance

- Work with the Principal and School Management on institutional matters.
- Strengthen student codes of conduct, campus guidelines and school standards.
- Ensure policies are applied consistently and fairly.
- Identify weaknesses in school processes and recommend practical fixes.
- Support the leadership team in holding standards across the school community.





Parent relations and community engagement

- Build professional relationships between the school and parents.
- Handle escalated parent concerns with clear, fair and constructive communication.
- Help parents understand school policies, processes and decisions.
- Support teachers and administrators in maintaining a consistent approach to parent interactions.

Student discipline, mentorship and culture

- Set and hold standards of discipline, conduct, respect and accountability.
- Take an active role in student mentoring and pastoral care.
- Guide students on leadership, responsibility, citizenship, life skills and values.
- Conduct talks, discussions and programmes that build character.
