Job Summary

UKIBS Beauty & Wellness is seeking an energetic, result-oriented, and dynamic Center Manager to lead operations at our Lucknow and Dehradun branches. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily center operations, driving revenue growth, managing staff performance, and delivering an exceptional experience for both students and clients.

Key Responsibilities1. Operations & Administration

- Oversee day-to-day operations of the center to ensure smooth execution of classes, workshops, and services.
- Maintain high standards of hygiene, safety, and brand compliance across all beauty, hair, makeup, and skincare departments.
- Manage inventory, monitor product usage, and ensure equipment maintenance.

1. Business Development & Revenue Growth

- Drive student admissions, walk-in conversions, and service revenue to meet and exceed monthly targets.
- Coordinate with the marketing team to execute local promotional campaigns, demo sessions, and brand-building activities.
- Analyze local market trends to identify new business opportunities.

1. Team Leadership & People Management

- Supervise, mentor, and motivate trainers, student counselors, receptionists, and support staff.
- Conduct daily team briefings and regular performance reviews.
- Oversee staff scheduling, attendance, shift rosters, and Conflict resolution.

1. Client & Student Relationship Management

- Address student inquiries, handle grievances,



and ensure high levels of satisfaction.
- Maintain excellent customer service standards for walk-in clients and students alike.

1. Financial Management & Reporting

- Manage center fee collections, billing processes, and petty cash logs accurately.
- Generate and submit weekly/monthly operational and sales performance reports to senior management.

Key Requirements & Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (Specialization in Retail Management, Hospitality, or Salon Operations is a plus).
- Experience: 3–6 years in managing operations within beauty academies, wellness centers, retail chains, or vocational training institutes.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Sales Aptitude: Strong business acumen with a proven track record of achieving sales/admission targets.
- Leadership: Demonstrated ability to manage multi-disciplinary teams effectively.
- Proficiency: Hands-on experience with MS Office (Excel, Word) and basic CRM/billing software.
