Job Summary The Centre Manager is responsible for the overall operations, patient experience, staff management, revenue performance, and statutory compliance of the eye hospital/clinic. The role ensures smooth coordination between OPD, Optometry, Pharmacy, Optical, OT, and Front Office.

Key Responsibilities

Operations

- Manage day-to-day centre operations and ensure smooth patient flow.

- Monitor OPD, OT, Optical, Pharmacy, and Front Office activities.

- Ensure NABH and quality protocols are followed.

Patient Experience

- Resolve patient complaints promptly.

- Maintain high patient satisfaction and service standards.

- Ensure minimum waiting time and effective coordination.

Team Management

- Supervise Optometrists, Pharmacists, Front Office, Counsellors, and support staff.

- Prepare duty rosters, attendance, and leave planning.

- Conduct regular team meetings and performance reviews.

Business & Revenue

- Achieve monthly revenue and conversion targets.





- Monitor Optical and Pharmacy sales.

- Improve surgery conversions through effective counselling coordination.

Administration & Compliance

- Maintain statutory registers and hospital documentation.

- Ensure inventory control and coordinate with purchase/stores.

- Submit daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports to management.

Qualification

- Bachelor's Degree (MBA in Hospital Management preferred)

- 3–8 years of experience in hospital or eye care operations

- Experience in managing multi-department clinical operations is preferred

- Native Language - Malayalam fluency mandatory.

Pay: ₹75,000.00 - ₹90,000.00 per month
