We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Center Head to manage the overall operations, academic coordination, student experience, admissions, and business growth of our institute.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the overall day-to-day operations of the center.
- Ensure smooth coordination between academic, counseling, telecalling, marketing, and administrative teams.
- Drive monthly admission and revenue targets.
- Monitor enquiries, follow-ups, counseling, and conversions.
- Identify opportunities to improve the center's student acquisition.
- Work closely with the marketing and admissions teams to improve lead-to-admission conversion.
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline; MBA/PG qualification is an advantage.
- 2–5 years of experience in education, training, sales, business development, or center management.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Positive communication and interpersonal skills.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
