Position: Cashier

Business: World of Titan

Location: Saheed Nagar, Bhubaneswar

Salary: Up to ₹20,000 per month

Experience: 1–3 years in retail / cashiering preferred

About the Role

We are looking for a responsible and customer-focused Cashier to join our World of Titan store at Saheed Nagar. The candidate will be responsible for handling billing, cash transactions, payment processing, and maintaining accurate transaction records while ensuring a smooth customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle cash, card, UPI and other payment transactions accurately.
- Generate customer bills and invoices through the billing/POS system.
- Manage daily cash collection and ensure proper cash reconciliation.
- Maintain accurate records of sales and payment transactions.
- Handle returns, exchanges and billing-related customer queries as per company policy.
- Coordinate with the Store Manager and sales team regarding billing and payment-related matters.
- Ensure proper maintenance of cash counter and billing area.
- Support the store team during high-footfall periods.
- Follow company policies,



SOPs and cash-handling procedures.
- Maintain professional behaviour and excellent customer service at all times.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Graduate with relevant retail experience.
- Previous experience as a Cashier / Billing Executive / Retail Associate will be preferred.
- Good knowledge of POS/billing systems.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong numerical and cash-handling skills.
- Honest, responsible and detail-oriented.
- Ability to work in a retail environment and manage customer interactions professionally.
