- Handle customer queries, concerns, and objections effectively to improve conversion rates.

- Maintain regular follow-ups with leads and ensure a smooth journey from initial interaction to closure.

- Achieve individual and team sales targets and conversion goals.

- Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, customer interactions, and sales activities.

- Work closely with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience and resolve customer requirements efficiently.
