About the Role

We are looking for passionate and empathetic Career Counsellors to join our team. The role involves helping students and individuals understand their interests, strengths, personality, and abilities and guiding them towards suitable career pathways.

Both freshers and experienced professionals are encouraged to apply The work will be for a maximum of one week

Key Responsibilities

- Interpret and analyse psychometric assessment reports.
- Conduct one-on-one career counselling sessions for students and individuals.
- Identify and recommend suitable career options and pathways based on the individual's interests, aptitude, personality, strengths, and skills.
- Recommend relevant activities, skills, certifications, courses, and learning opportunities aligned with career goals.
- Guide students in exploring suitable academic and career pathways.
- Maintain counselling records and prepare recommendations and career guidance reports.
- Build rapport with students and parents and communicate recommendations effectively.
- Continuously update knowledge about emerging careers, educational pathways, skills, and industry trends.

Eligibility Candidates with any of the following qualifications are encouraged to apply:
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Psychology
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Social Work (BSW/MSW)




- Teachers & Trainers are also welcome

Experience
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Candidates with prior experience in career counselling, student counselling, psychology, education, mentoring, or related fields will be preferred.
