Company Description Gynexa is the first health AI system designed specifically to address the unique needs of women across their long-term health journeys. The platform offers personalized conversations, consultations, screenings, follow-ups, health insights, and record management in one integrated system accessible via WhatsApp and browser, with no app downloads required.

1. Role Description The Care Coordinator (reposted) is a full-time remote role responsible for supporting individuals and providers using Gynexa’s platform throughout the care journey. Day-to-day tasks include coordinating care plans, managing follow-ups, and ensuring that users receive timely information, reminders, and referrals based on their health needs.

The Care

Coordinator will -communicate with users through digital channels, respond to questions, guide individuals through available services, and help them navigate screenings, consultations, and ongoing care.

2. involves collaborating with healthcare providers, documenting relevant case details, monitoring adherence to care plans, and escalating complex cases to appropriate clinical or support teams.

The Care Coordinator is expected to be available for 8-9 hours a day

- QualificationsCare Coordination and Case Management skills to organize care plans, follow-ups, and referrals efficiently.

- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage with users and providers in a explicit, empathetic, and professional manner.

- Ability to work independently in a remote, technology-enabled environment and adapt to evolving processes.

- Comfort using digital tools, messaging platforms (e.g., WhatsApp), and browser-based systems for care support.

- Prior experience in healthcare navigation, patient advocacy, women’s health, or related fields is beneficial.

- Organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously.

- Relevant education or training in healthcare or a related discipline is an advantage.
