Experience: 8+ Years /n Role Type: Calypso Business Analyst /n Domain: Global Markets / Capital Markets /n Location: Hyderabad /n /n Job Summary /n We are looking for an experienced Global Markets Domain Expert with strong Calypso and Business Analysis expertise. The ideal candidate will have 8+ years of experience in Business Analysis, strong exposure to Capital/Global Markets, and the ability to work across business change and technology projects. /n The role will involve requirements gathering and analysis, stakeholder management, project delivery, and Agile/Scrum activities. The candidate should be a self-driven problem solver who can independently manage issues and take ownership of project outcomes. /n /n Key Responsibilities /n /n

- Gather, analyze, validate, and document business and functional requirements.

/n

- Work closely with business stakeholders, technology teams, product owners, and project teams.

/n

- Provide functional expertise across Calypso and Global/Capital Markets processes.

/n

- Prepare and maintain business/functional documentation such as BRDs, FRDs, process flows, and user stories.

/n

- Support project delivery through requirements management, analysis, UAT, and implementation activities.

/n

- Participate in and facilitate Agile/Scrum ceremonies where required.

/n

- Take on Scrum Master and/or project management responsibilities as necessary.

/n

- Identify project issues, analyze root causes, and drive them toward resolution with minimal escalation.

/n

- Contribute to business change initiatives across multiple projects and teams.

/n

- Support project planning,



tracking, risk/issue management, and stakeholder communication.

/n

- Collaborate with geographically distributed teams and stakeholders.

/n

- Travel to the US may be required based on project needs.

/n /n /n Required Skills & Experience /n /n

- 8+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, including strong requirements development experience.

/n

- Hands-on experience with Calypso in a functional/business analysis capacity.

/n

- Strong understanding of Global Markets / Capital Markets / Investment Banking.

/n

- Experience with one or more products/processes such as FX, Fixed Income, Equities, Derivatives, Trading, or Securities.

/n

- Strong requirements gathering, analysis, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.

/n

- Good understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.

/n

- Experience performing Scrum Master and/or project management activities is highly desirable.

/n

- Solid problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

/n

- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities/projects.

/n

- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

/n

- Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Visio, and MS Project.

/n /n /n Preferred Qualifications /n /n

- Formal/relevant Business Analysis certification or qualification is desirable but not mandatory.

/n

- Experience working on Calypso implementation, upgrade, migration, or transformation projects.

/n

- Experience in UAT, process mapping, functional specifications, and change management.

/n

- Experience working with global/distributed teams.
