We are looking for energetic, polite, and responsible Café Associates to support the day-to-day operations of our café. The candidate should provide excellent customer service while maintaining cleanliness, hygiene, and a welcoming atmosphere.

Key Responsibilities: Welcome customers and assist them with menu selections. Take orders accurately and serve food, coffee, and beverages. Support the barista/coffee master in beverage preparation when required.

Handle billing, POS operations, and payments. Maintain cleanliness of tables, counters, service areas, and equipment. Arrange and replenish food, desserts, beverages, and service supplies. Follow food-safety, hygiene, and grooming standards.

Assist with opening and closing activities. Monitor stock and inform the supervisor about shortages. Coordinate with kitchen, coffee counter, dessert counter, and service staff. Handle customer requests and complaints politely.

Follow café SOPs and instructions from the Café Manager.
