Job Summary

We are looking for a responsible and experienced Cafe Manager – Night Shift to manage the complete night-time operations of the café. The candidate will be responsible for staff management, customer service, billing, stock control, hygiene, cash handling, and ensuring smooth operations throughout the shift.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and supervise all café operations during the night shift.
- Allocate duties to staff and ensure proper staff attendance and discipline.
- Monitor customer service and ensure a positive customer experience.
- Supervise billing, cash handling, POS operations, and daily closing procedures.
- Monitor sales and ensure proper reconciliation of cash and digital payments.
- Check stock availability and coordinate with the store/kitchen team for requirements.
- Monitor wastage, breakage, and product usage.
- Ensure proper food quality, presentation, and service standards.
- Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards throughout the café.
- Handle customer complaints and resolve operational issues promptly.
- Ensure all equipment and electrical appliances are properly switched off/secured after operations.
- Prepare and submit daily/night shift sales and operational reports.
- Coordinate with the kitchen, production,



store, security, and management teams.
- Ensure proper opening/closing checklist and handover to the next shift.
- Monitor staff performance and provide necessary guidance and training.
- Ensure company policies, SOPs, and operational procedures are followed.
- Handle emergency situations and immediately report major issues to management.

Requirements
- Minimum 2–4 years of experience in café, restaurant, QSR, or hospitality operations.
- Previous experience in a supervisory/managerial role is preferred.
- Good communication and customer-handling skills.
- Basic knowledge of POS billing and cash management.
- Ability to manage staff and handle operational issues independently.
- Good knowledge of food safety, hygiene, and housekeeping standards.
- Comfortable working in a night shift.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.

Pay: ₹15,448.47 - ₹30,847.80 per month
