Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced CAE/FEA Team Lead / Manager to lead simulation and analysis projects for engineering product development. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Finite Element Analysis (FEA), team management, customer interaction, project execution, and mentoring simulation engineers.

Roles and Responsibilities

- Manage CAE team to deliver high-quality results on time, ensuring effective communication with stakeholders.
- Develop and maintain expertise in Finite Element Analysis (FEA), Structural Analysis,



Thermal Analysis, Sheet Metal, 3D Modeling, GD&T;, Tolerance Stackup, Mechanical Simulation Engineer skills.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify project requirements and develop solutions using CAE tools such as Solid Works and Simulation Engineer.
- Provide technical guidance to junior engineers and mentor them to improve their skills.
- Ensure compliance with company standards for documentation, quality control, and safety protocols.

Desired Candidate Profile

- 10-20 years of experience in CAE engineering or related field from Defence industry. Solid project management and team leadership skills.
- Excellent communication and customer management abilities.
- Strong understanding of FEA principles including linear & non-linear static structural analysis; steady state & harmonic eigen buckling analysis; thermo-mechanical behavior under various loading conditions.
- Diploma/B.Tech / B.E. degree in relevant discipline (Aviation/Aeronautical/Aerospace Engineering or Instrumentation & Control).
