About the Role

We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Executive CAD Designer proficient in Rhino & MatrixGold / Matrix. The ideal candidate will play a key role in transforming conceptual sketches into detailed, production-ready CAD designs and will support the Head of CAD in creating designs that meet both customer and manufacturing requirements.

Key Responsibilities

- Utilize CAD software including Rhino, MatrixGold/Matrix & JewelCAD to create detailed 2D and 3D designs.
- Develop accurate 3D models from conceptual sketches and design briefs.
- Make corrections and revisions to 3D models based on feedback from Team Lead and other stakeholders.
- Thoroughly check and validate 3D models before prototyping to ensure accuracy and adherence to design standards.
- Collaborate closely with the Design Team to gather relevant information and technical inputs for drawings.




- Communicate effectively with Team Leads regarding progress, delays, and potential challenges.
- Maintain a comprehensive and organized record of all designs in the database.
- Adhere to project timelines and budget constraints while ensuring high-quality output.
- Stay updated with the latest developments, trends, and technologies in CAD design and jewellery manufacturing.

Skills & Requirements:
- Proven expertise in Rhino, MatrixGold / Matrix is mandatory. Knowledge of JewelCAD is an added advantage.
- Strong understanding of jewellery manufacturing processes, stone setting, and gold weight optimization.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to deliver precise, production-ready designs.
- Positive communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
