Candidate Requirement
- Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA).
- Mandatory: Previous experience working with a Listed Company.
- Strong experience in Finance & Accounts, taxation and financial reporting.
- Good knowledge of GST, TDS, Income Tax and statutory compliances.
- Experience in finalization of accounts, financial statements and audits.
- Strong understanding of corporate finance, budgeting and financial analysis.
- Experience in handling statutory, internal and tax audits.
- Valuable knowledge of regulatory and compliance requirements applicable to listed companies.
- Strong leadership, analytical and decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Overall handling and supervision of Finance & Accounts functions.
- Financial reporting and finalization of accounts.
- Managing statutory, tax and internal audit requirements.
- Ensuring timely GST, TDS, Income Tax and other statutory compliances.
- Budgeting, cash-flow management and financial planning.
- Coordination with auditors, consultants, banks and regulatory authorities.
- Preparing MIS and financial reports for management.
- Ensuring proper internal controls and compliance with applicable regulations.
