Job Summary

Rajkunwar is looking for a smart, energetic, and customer-friendly Sales Executive / Fashion Consultant to join our clothing showroom. The candidate will be responsible for assisting customers in selecting suitable outfits, providing excellent service, achieving sales targets, and maintaining a premium shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Welcome customers warmly and understand their clothing requirements.
- Assist customers in selecting suitable outfits for weddings, festivals, parties, casual wear, and other occasions.
- Explain product features, fabric quality, sizes, prices, and available offers.
- Recommend suitable clothing combinations and provide fashion guidance.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Maintain attractive product displays and ensure proper arrangement of garments.
- Check product availability, sizes, and stock on the showroom floor.
- Handle customer queries, feedback, and complaints professionally.
- Build robust relationships with customers and encourage repeat purchases.
- Support billing,



packing, and smooth customer checkout when required.
- Maintain showroom cleanliness and a well-organized shopping environment.
- Follow company policies and coordinate with other team members.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Minimum 10th pass is preferred.
- Good communication and customer-handling skills.
- Interest in fashion, clothing, and current trends.
- Pleasant personality and a positive attitude.
- Ability to understand customer needs and recommend suitable products.
- Willingness to work toward sales targets.
- Basic knowledge of sizes, fabrics, and garment categories is an advantage.
- Previous experience in clothing retail or showroom sales is preferred but not mandatory.
