Role Description This is a full time, on-site role for a Business Planning Manager located in the Pune Division.
The Business Planning
Manager will be responsible for developing and managing business plans, coordinating annual and long-term budgets, and aligning financial projections with strategic objectives. The role includes analyzing market trends, internal performance data,
and competitive intelligence to provide insights and recommendations to senior leadership. Daily tasks involve collaborating with cross-functional teams, preparing reports and presentations for management review, monitoring key performance indicators, and supporting decision-making for new initiatives and investments.
The Business Planning
Manager will also contribute to risk assessment, process improvements, and the implementation of best practices in planning and performance management.
Qualifications
- Strong Business Planning and Strategic Planning skills to develop, implement, and monitor short- and long-term plans.
- Advanced Analytical Skills to interpret data, identify trends, and provide actionable insights for management.
- Finance and Budgeting expertise to manage forecasts, budgets, and variance analysis.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and communicate complex information clearly to stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience in manufacturing, engineering, or industrial sectors is preferred.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and planning/reporting tools; experience with ERP systems is an advantage.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
