Position: Business Head – Payday Loans

Experience: 2–3 Years in Payday/Short-Term Loan Industry

Salary: ₹35,000 – ₹45,000 per month

Joining: Immediate Joiner Preferred

Location: Delhi NCR

Job Responsibilities

- Manage and drive the overall business growth for the payday/short-term loan segment.
- Develop and implement strategies to achieve monthly business and disbursement targets.
- Manage and guide the sales, telecalling, and business development teams.
- Generate and manage quality loan leads and improve lead-to-disbursement conversion.
- Build and maintain relationships with digital marketing agencies, DSA/DSO partners, and other lead-generation channels.
- Monitor daily performance, conversion ratios, approvals, and disbursements.
- Identify new business opportunities and develop recent acquisition channels.
- Coordinate with Credit, Operations, and other internal teams for smooth loan processing.
- Prepare regular business performance reports and share insights with management.




- Ensure business activities follow company policies and applicable regulatory requirements.
- Take ownership of team performance and achieve monthly/quarterly business targets.

Candidate Requirements
- 2–3 years of relevant experience in the Payday Loan / Short-Term Loan industry is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of digital lending and loan lead-generation processes.
- Proven experience in achieving business/disbursement targets.
- Good leadership and team-management skills.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-management skills.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
- Immediate joiners will be preferred.

Salary & Benefits ₹35,000 – ₹45,000 per month, depending on experience and suitability.
