Business Head / COO- SANY Madhura Andhra Pradesh

Role Purpose To lead the SANY business in Andhra Pradesh as the Directors representative in the market, with end-to-end responsibility for business growth, profitability, customer relationships, team performance and operational discipline. The role will also represent Madhura in SANY India reviews and internal business meetings as the Business Head / COO for Andhra Pradesh. Product portfolio will include 2-38 ton excavators, road equipment including graders, compactors, pavers and milling machines, Electric loaders and attachments.

Key Responsibilities

- Business Leadership and P&L;: Own the Andhra Pradesh business plan and drive revenue, market share, contribution, collections, and profitability. Translate annual targets into branch, territory, and team-level action plans.
- Market Representation: Act as the senior representative of Madhura and the Promoters in Andhra Pradesh. Build relationships with major contractors, miners, quarry owners, infrastructure companies, financiers, industry bodies and other market influencers.
- Sales & Key Accounts: Drive machine sales across territories, focus on sales coverage and recruitment of manpower, tracking market status and ensure growth in market share and dealer profitability,



maintain solid relationships with Financiers and ensure support to the sales team, review major opportunities and improve SANY penetration within existing customer fleets.
- SANY India Coordination: Represent the dealership in SANY India business reviews, planning meetings, and operational discussions. Ensure commitments, market feedback, forecasts, escalations, and action points are clearly communicated and closed.
- Team Leadership: Lead sales, service, and support functions in Andhra Pradesh through the respective functional managers. Set clear accountability, improve review discipline, and build a strong second line of leadership.
- Operations & Customer Experience: Coordinate with service, parts, finance, and administration teams to improve machine uptime, customer satisfaction, parts support, billing, collections, and closure of major escalations.
- Commercial & Credit Discipline: Review major discounts, credit proposals, buybacks and non-standard commercial commitments. Protect margins and cash flow while supporting competitive deal closure.
- Market Intelligence & Expansion: Track competitors, projects, customer investments, financing trends and emerging demand pockets. Recommend manpower, branch, product or market-development actions where justified.
