Position: Business Development Executive (BDE)

Salary: ₹10,000/month + Performance Incentives

Job Type: Full-Time

Working Days: 5 Days a Week

Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM

About the Role

We are looking for a confident and result-oriented Business Development Executive who can generate new business through cold calling, client outreach, WhatsApp, email, and other online channels .

Your main responsibility will be to find potential clients, communicate with them, understand their requirements, pitch our services, and convert prospects into paying clients.

? Key Responsibilities
- Make cold calls and reach out to potential clients.
- Generate leads through calling, WhatsApp, email, LinkedIn, and other outreach methods.
- Research businesses and identify potential clients.
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable digital solutions.
- Pitch our services and explain their benefits to prospective clients.
- Follow up with leads regularly and convert them into clients.




- Schedule meetings between prospects and the internal team when required.
- Prepare and share proposals and quotations.
- Maintain a database of leads and follow-ups.
- Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
- Build long-term relationships with clients.

? What We Are Looking For
- Good communication and convincing skills.
- Confidence in speaking with current clients.
- Comfortable with cold calling and sales outreach .
- Strong follow-up and negotiation skills.
- Basic understanding of digital marketing, websites, SEO, and social media.
- Self-motivated and target-oriented.
- Good Hindi and English communication skills.
- Freshers with good communication and sales ability can apply.
- Previous experience in digital marketing sales/business development will be an advantage.

? Salary & Incentives ₹10,000 per month + Performance-Based Incentives

Additional incentives will be provided based on successful client conversions and business generated.
