Responsibilities

- Call and engage with doctors and hospitals.
- Identify hospital recruitment requirements and relevant decision-makers.
- Connect doctors with suitable opportunities.
- Follow up on vacancies, applications and interviews.
- Build strong relationships with doctors and hospital teams.

Skills Required
- Excellent Malayalam and English communication.
- Confident and professional phone communication.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
- Excellent follow-up and organizational skills.
- Sales/recruitment mindset with a robust sense of ownership.
- Basic computer skills.

Preferred
- Experience in healthcare recruitment, hospital HR, sales, recruitment or customer relations. Freshers with excellent communication skills can also apply.
