We are looking for a results-driven Business Development Executive/Manager with experience in programmatic advertising to grow our advertiser and agency partnerships. The ideal candidate understands the AdTech ecosystem and can drive revenue through strategic relationships and consultative selling.

Responsibilities

- Identify and acquire new advertisers, agencies, and programmatic partners
- Build and manage strong relationships with brands, media agencies, DSPs, and SSPs
- Pitch programmatic solutions including Display, Video, Native, Mobile, and CTV
- Understand client objectives and recommend data-driven media strategies
- Negotiate pricing, contracts, and commercial terms
- Collaborate with Ad Ops and Campaign teams to ensure successful campaign delivery
- Track pipeline, revenue, and performance using CRM tools
- Stay updated on programmatic trends, privacy regulations, and market changes

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Advertising, or related field




- 0–5+ years of experience in programmatic advertising, AdTech sales, or digital media sales
- Strong knowledge of DSPs, SSPs, ad exchanges, and programmatic workflows
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Proven ability to meet or exceed revenue targets

Preferred Qualifications
- Existing relationships with agencies or brand advertisers
- Experience selling programmatic display, video, native, or CTV
- Familiarity with audience targeting, data solutions, and campaign KPIs
