Business Development Oil & Gas / Offshore Wind Fabrication

Experience: 10+ Years | Location: Mumbai | Travel: Frequent

- Identify and develop fabrication contract opportunities in Oil & Gas and Offshore Wind.
- Build relationships with EPCs, OEMs, developers and PMC consultants.
- Track tenders, project pipelines and market opportunities.
- Lead the end-to-end sales/bid cycle from opportunity identification to contract closure.
- Coordinate with Estimation, Engineering, Contracts and Operations for techno-commercial proposals.
- Negotiate pricing, payment terms and commercial risks.
- Maintain opportunity pipeline, sales forecasts and win/loss analysis.
- Represent the company at client meetings, industry events and exhibitions.

Candidate Profile: Engineering graduate with 10+ years of BD experience in Oil & Gas, Offshore Wind or Heavy Fabrication/EPC. Mandatory: experience with a company operating its own fabrication yard. Robust client network, negotiation and contract-closing skills preferred.
