nExperience: 7–8 years of B2B sales/business development experience in diamonds & jewellery.

nQualification: PGDM / MMS / MBA

nTravel: Extensive international travel

nWe are looking for a BDM with strong experience in the diamonds & jewellery industry to drive B2B business in the US market.

nKey Responsibilities

- Acquire and grow B2B clients in the US.
n
- Manage existing accounts and drive client share.
n
- Handle hunting & farming of key accounts.
n
- Support product development and merchandising.
n
- Track US market trends, competitors and business opportunities.
n
- Lead client negotiations and ensure solid customer relationships.
n
- Travel internationally for client meetings and trade shows.
n





nKey Requirements

n
- 7–8 years of B2B sales/business development experience in diamonds & jewellery.
n
- Strong product and merchandising knowledge.
n
- Proven hunting and farming experience.
n
- Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills.
n
- Valid US B1 Visa is mandatory.
n
- Willingness to travel extensively.
