? We're Hiring: Business Development Manager | Rainbow International School | Thane
Looking for a strategic sales leader to own our BD function end-to-end — setting targets, mentoring a team of BDEs, and driving high-value client and institutional partnerships.
? Thane | ?️ Mon–Sat | ⏰ 9 AM–6 PM
What you'll do
? Build and execute BD strategy, forecast revenue
? Lead and coach a team of Business Development Executives
? Own key client relationships and close high-value deals
? Drive market research and new growth opportunities
What we need
✅ 5–8 yrs in Business Development/Sales, incl. 1–2 yrs leading a team
✅ Proven track record exceeding revenue targets
✅ Robust leadership, negotiation & stakeholder management skills
✅ Education/EdTech/B2B background a plus | MBA preferred
