Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Business Development Manager role based in the Mohali district.

The Business Development

Manager will identify and pursue new business opportunities, including building a pipeline of prospective clients and institutional partners for immigration consulting services. Daily responsibilities include conducting market research, generating leads, holding consultative meetings, presenting service offerings, and negotiating terms to close engagements. The role involves maintaining strong relationships with existing clients, tracking service performance, and collaborating with the consulting and operations teams to ensure a seamless client experience.





The Business Development

Manager will also prepare sales reports, monitor targets, contribute to marketing initiatives, and represent the company at relevant events and networking forums.

Qualifications

- Strong business development and sales capabilities, including lead generation, client acquisition, and relationship management.
- Experience with consultative selling, needs assessment, and negotiation in service-based or skilled consulting environments.
- Ability to conduct market research, analyze trends, and develop strategies to expand the client base and revenue.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly and confidently.
- Proficiency in basic office software (e.g., word processing, spreadsheets, presentations) and familiarity with CRM or sales tracking tools.
- Organized and detail-oriented approach, with strong time management and the ability to meet targets and deadlines.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or a related field; relevant experience in immigration, education consulting, or professional services is an advantage.
- Comfort working on-site in the Mohali district and collaborating with cross-functional teams in a client-focused environment.
