We serve premium residential and commercial clients across Hyderabad, including Jubilee Hills, Banjara Hills, Gachibowli, Madhapur, and Kondapur. As we expand, we're looking for driven Business Development Managers to grow our client base and drive revenue.
Job Summary
We are looking for a Business Development Manager to identify new business opportunities, build client relationships, and close deals in the interior design and fit-out space. The ideal candidate has a strong network in Hyderabad's real estate and architect community, along with a target-driven, consultative sales approach.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in interior design and fit-out projects
- Meet and build relationships with clients — residential, commercial, corporate, builders, and architects
- Prepare proposals, follow up on leads, and close deals
- Coordinate with design and project teams to ensure smooth execution post-sale
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Maintain a strong pipeline through networking, referrals, and follow-ups
Requirements
- Any Degree (Interior Design, Architecture, Business, or related field)
- Relevant experience in business development/sales: Junior (Min 2 years) / Senior (Min 5 years)
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Positive network within Hyderabad's real estate and architect community
- Self-motivated with a target-driven approach
- Prior experience in interior design, real estate, or construction sales preferred
