Location: Vijay Nagar, Indore

We are looking for a result-oriented Business Development Manager to drive lead generation and business development for Secured Loan products, primarily Home Loans (HL) and Loan Against Property (LAP).

The candidate will be responsible for sourcing quality leads, building strong relationships with customers and channel partners, and converting leads into successful business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate and source leads for Home Loans (HL) and Loan Against Property (LAP).
- Develop business through direct sourcing, references, and market visits.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, builders, brokers, DSA/DST partners, and other relevant channels.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable loan solutions.
- Follow up with leads and ensure timely conversion.
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth processing of loan applications.
- Achieve monthly lead generation and business targets.




- Maintain regular follow-ups and update sales/lead records.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base.

Candidate Profile

- Candidates with experience in HL/LAP, secured loans, banking, NBFC, DSA, or financial services sales are preferred.
- Freshers with solid communication and sales skills may also be considered.
- Immediate joiners are highly preferred.
- Candidates should be comfortable with field sales and lead sourcing activities.
