Location: Mumbai | Travel: PAN-India /n We're looking for an experienced Business Development Manager to lead our Hospitality Vertical and build Privetek's presence across India's premium hotel and luxury hospitality projects. /n This role is for someone who understands how hospitality projects are designed, specified and executed, and knows how to turn relationships with architects, interior designers, consultants, contractors and hotel decision-makers into business. /n What you'll be responsible for: /n /n

- Identify upcoming 5-star hotels, luxury resorts and hospitality renovation projects

/n

- Build strong relationships with hospitality architects, interior designers and contractors

/n

- Drive Privetek Smart Glass specifications and BOQ inclusion

/n

- Develop relationships with procurement, project and engineering teams across leading hotel groups including IHCL (Taj), The Oberoi Group, Marriott International, Hyatt, Hilton, and Accor.

/n

- Lead technical presentations, proposals, negotiations and closures

/n

- Track competitors, pricing and upcoming hospitality projects across India

/n /n What we're looking for: /n /n

- 4-5+ years of B2B business development experience in premium architectural/building materials

/n





- Mandatory experience in Interior Design projects

/n

- Mandatory experience selling into the hospitality industry, specifically hotels

/n

- Robust existing network among hospitality architects, interior designers, contractors and hotel procurement teams

/n

- Experience working on premium/luxury projects is highly preferred

/n

- Bachelor's degree mandatory ((Commerce graduate preferred); MBA in Marketing/Sales preferred

- Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills

/n

- Mumbai-based with willingness to travel extensively across India
