Y3X Innovatech is building next-generation solutions across Healthcare, DeepTech and Digital Twins. Our flagship product, Nirog Scan

, is a portable cardiac assessment technology currently being validated and commercialised with healthcare partners.

We’re looking for a commercially driven Business Development Manager to help turn pilots, conversations and partnerships into real-world adoption.

What you’ll do:

- Drive hospital and healthcare business development for Nirog Scan
- Meet customers, conduct product demonstrations and build partnerships
- Identify and convert pilots into commercial opportunities
- Develop partnerships across DeepTech, Digital Twins and advanced technology
- Work closely with founders, engineering and research teams
- Travel extensively across India

We’re looking for someone with:

- 2–5 years of BD, technical sales, enterprise sales or healthcare sales experience
- Strong communication,



presentation and relationship-building skills
- A commercial, persistent and entrepreneurial mindset
- Ability to understand technical products and explain them simply
- Willingness to be on the ground and travel extensively

Bonus: Experience in HealthTech, medical devices, DeepTech, IoT, Digital Twins, industrial technology—or an existing healthcare network.
