Identify potential broadband customers in Brahmapur City. Conduct door-to-door, field and local market sales activities. Generate leads through references, societies, apartments, shops and businesses. Explain broadband plans, pricing, speed and benefits to customers. Convert leads into new broadband connections. Achieve monthly new-connection targets. 2.

Field

Sales & Area Development Visit residential areas, apartments, societies, offices and commercial establishments. Identify areas with potential for new broadband connections. Develop relationships with apartment/society representatives, landlords, builders and local businesses. Conduct promotional activities and local campaigns. Maintain regular follow-up with prospective customers.

- Product & Service Promotion Promote and sell: Fiber Broadband / Home Internet Business Broadband Wi-Fi services OTT subscriptions Digital TV / TV channel packages Other value-added services offered by the company 4.

Lead Management

Maintain daily records of leads and prospects.



Follow up with interested customers until installation/payment. Update customer status in CRM/app/lead-management system. Ensure no qualified lead is left unattended. 5.

Customer Relationship

Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable plans. Coordinate with installation and technical teams for new connections. Follow up after installation to ensure customer satisfaction. Generate referrals from existing customers.

- Competition & Market Intelligence Track competitor broadband plans, pricing and offers. Collect information about new competitors and local market developments. Share market feedback with management.

Daily ActivitiesA BDE is expected to: Make field visits. Generate new leads. Meet prospective customers. Make sales calls. Follow up on pending leads. Close current connections. Coordinate installations. Collect required customer documents/details. Update CRM/app. Submit daily sales activity report.
